Conditions of event sponsorship

Unless otherwise agreed, CCAT will coordinate events in consultation with the sponsor organisation, including securing a keynote speaker, inviting guests (using CCAT’s extensive stakeholder networks), arranging the venue and catering (except for site visits), and disseminating pre- and post-event publicity. Sponsorship is invoiced at the time of agreement, with some flexibility possible if required.

Sponsor organisations commit to sponsorship of the event. This applies even if specific arrangements must change during the course of coordinating the event, such as a keynote speaker or date. A refund will be arranged if the event does not proceed.
